I have over 10 years experience working as a Specialist Women’s Health/ pelvic physiotherapist, both in the NHS and in private practice. I am also a certified APPI Pilates instructor and trained in acupuncture. After having my own children, I developed a keen interest in pregnancy and post-natal care and am delighted to be part of the Mummy MOT team!
