I am an osteopath with experience treating patients of all ages and have a special interest in women’s health, pre and post- partum mothers and newborns. I have studied at the Osteopathic Centre for Children (OCC) to develop my paediatric skills.
I develop a tailored treatment plan, taking into consideration each individual and their current complaint, lifestyle and expectations. I use a range of hands-on techniques including cranial techniques where appropriate as well as giving advice on lifestyle, activities and exercise based on the patient’s needs.
My interest in osteopathy was piqued when I was treated for lower back pain and symphysis pubis dysfunction during my own pregnancies and again when my children were treated as newborns. The difference the treatment made fascinated me and I decided to embark on my training and change career.
