I am a highly specialist pelvic and women's health physiotherapist, and have specialised in this field for more than 20 years. I have a relevant specialist post graduate qualification in women's health physiotherapy, and a masters degree. I spent the first 15 years of my career in the NHS, and was the clinical lead for women's health physiotherapy for 10 of those years. I have worked in private practice for the past 15 years, initially in a large Harley Street practice, and I now run my own small practice is rural Suffolk. I'm a qualified acupuncturist and certified APPI pilates matwork instructor, and run classes out of the beautiful studio on the farm. I am passionate about helping women restore their function and confidence in their bodies post childbirth.
