Rebecca is a Women’s Health & Musculoskeletal physiotherapist, who also specialises in pilates and
exercise rehab. She supports women though all phases of their life, be that pre/postnatally, during
perimenopause, or at menopause and beyond. Rebecca is a mum of three herself, who likes to be
active. She therefore aims to support women to be active, by enabling them to carry on with/return
to doing their normal daily activities, or to start, continue or return to the exercise or sport that they
love or aspire to.
