Ruth is a chartered physiotherapist with over 15 years experience as a Pelvic Health specialist. She works in both private clinics and NHS hospitals.Ruth treats:- post-natal recovery of the pelvic floor- pain during intercourse (e.g., after an episiotomy)- poor healing of a caesarian scar- post-natal separation of abdominal muscles- bladder and bowel problems (such as incontinence)- pelvic organ prolapse- supporting new mums back to their previous level of activity and exercise
