Ruth is a chartered physiotherapist with over 15 years experience as a Pelvic Health specialist. She works in both private clinics and NHS hospitals.Ruth treats:– post-natal recovery of the pelvic floor– pain during intercourse (e.g., after an episiotomy)– poor healing of a caesarian scar– post-natal separation of abdominal muscles– bladder and bowel problems (such as incontinence)– pelvic organ prolapse– supporting new mums back to their previous level of activity and exercise
