I currently work as a private Women's Health Physiotherapist at Complete Physio in Chelsea as well as part time at King's College Hospital. I have the knowledge and skills to treat women of all ages, with a particular interest in helping women return to their normal day to day activities as well as higher level sport and exercise following pregnancy. I am more than happy to answer any questions you may have or provide more information on what a Mummy MOT would involve. I hope to be able to make my patients feel confident about getting back into exercise and returning to their normal active lifestyle.
